Jeff Nuttall’s last wishes were that works in his estate should be donated to public collections.

Certain works on this website are marked “Nuttall Bequest” (illustrated under) and those works are available. In addition there is a substantial body of other works which it was not possible to show on the website, including some extraordinarily beautiful late landscape watercolours of the Welsh borders.

In the first instance, curators of public galleries should make their interest known, in writing, to The Nuttall Bequest, Mid Pennine Arts, Yorke Street, BURNLEY, Lancashire BB11 1HD.

Please note: the work illustrated titled “Hedge Grotesque” is one of a series of six paintings which Jeff Nuttall wished to be kept together.
